Campaign Manager helps digital Marketing agencies to manage their campaigns. Campaign Manager is a real time validation engine, which comprises of four modules
Campaign Builder
Through Campaign Builder, we can manage Clients/Agencies whom we supplying the leads, Suppliers/Agency who supplies the leads for the Clients, Setup standard attributes and questions and answers for the campaign and validation rules. A campaign can have multiple suppliers and we can also set up KPI for the campaign like Total Campaign Capacity, Campaign Capacity/Day, and Supplier Capacity/Day etc. We can enable or disable campaign and/or supplier.
Lead Conversion
After the lead passed through Campaign Validation stage lead can have two statuses as 1) accepted or 2) rejected. Campaign manager send accept or reject response to the supplier who actually sent the lead for the campaign. Also after successful acceptance of the lead campaign manager send lead the campaign clients through various channel such HTTP Post string, CSV/TXT Files.
Campaign Validation
Campaign Validation module validates incoming leads. The module covers validation such as Email Validation validates the email syntax, domain checking and bounce email rejection, Telephone Validation validates incoming telephone and mobile through Telephone pinging tool, you can either use in-built tool or you can integrate your custom web service. Custom Web Service Integration required some additional development work, PAF Validationvalidates postal address through in-build tool, Data Validation validates incoming leads attributes among rules setup for the campaign, rules are like lead does not contain any profanity words, individual on the lead must be 18 or over etc. and Data De-Duplication rejects any incoming leads based on the duplicate rule setup for example title, firstname, lastname and postcode, duplication telephone/mobile or duplication email etc.
Lead Analytics
Analytics module give reporting access to agent who has setup campaign. For advanced version of the tool, Suppliers and Clients can access reports about their supplied leads.
